Born and raised in Rochester, Darbi has been practicing the art of tattooing since 2012. Beginning as an apprentice at Extreme Graphics, she spent the first five years honing her skills and learning the mechanics of tattooing and design. She then moved on to Mellow Madness where she developed her unique style and gained a loyal clientele. However, after five years at Mellow Madness, Darbi decided to open her own studio and is now the proud owner of Fire Flower Tattoo Studio. Her preferred style is vibrant, bold, and playful, with a particular passion for watercolor, anime, and video game designs.
People Greeter
Meet Maki, the lovable studio pup. This half Shiba Inu - half Rottweiler was born on August 11th, 2023 and has been part of the studio family since October 23rd, 2023. With her boundless energy and curious nature, she has quickly adapted to her role as the people greeter. This involves lounging by the entrance to warmly welcome all who enter, flaunting her cuteness, and snoozing for most of the day. She loves meeting new people and craves attention. If you want to give her some love and playtime, she will gladly join in; however, if you're not in the mood for interaction, she understands and will give you your space if you ignore her.
